Thank you for an amazing product that makes me smile every time I look at it! Although the average hot tub has lots of bells and whistles it doesn’t look nice and when I found these tubs I was so impressed! Great service throughout, and a particular mention to the two Jakes who delivered the tub, they were hugely professional and reassuring, even when we were lifting the tub over our garden wall! They were patient and took time and care to make sure we understood how to maintain and use the tub. Overall a great purchase and purchasing experience, thanks so much!

Brilliant! A personal and extremely professional service, which I'd highly recommend. Plenty of helpful advice precluded installation, for example where best to site the tub, structure of the base and what we would need to have ready before delivery. The approach from Urban Cedar was a tall times honest and constructive, not over-pushy, but eager to see purchaser and vendor both equally satisfied with the deal. We love our hottub, it has already meant more time together as a family and lots of fun together.
