The process was super slick right from the start, no hard sell and very quick and easy ordering. The installation was painless and the team helpful and friendly. Very thorough guide on how to use the tub and we have received follow ups to ensure all is going well. We love it - easy to use and looks amazing - 100% would recommend.

We discovered Urban Cedar Hot tubs online while we were trying to find something high quality as an anniversary buy. We were nervous buying online, however the urban cedar team are incredible - we were given videos and photos in the warehouse and answers to all of our questions immediately. It was a very personalised service from initial enquiry through to delivery and installation.

From start to finish this company was exceptional. I had 2 really professional lads turn up on the day and they had a really difficult job to do - access was really difficult. They went above and beyond to get the tub in and they left no trace of damage. Couldn't recommend this company more highly, it was a level of customer service i've not experienced in years. Its a family run company and you can tell, they really care about their customers and the products.

Very happy with my hot tub from Urban Cedar. The hot tub is the perfect shape for where we wanted it. It looks really smart compared to the plastic look of most other brands. The staff are very friendly and take great effort to make sure that everything goes smoothly. They were responsive and happy to answer any questions to get the best out of what you want. We visited the showroom which was great to see the different models but also to see how they are put together. Highly recommended.
